Developing Lean outside Toyota

Chloé Signor Bouvel tells us how she’s implementing Lean in a classical company after spent 12 years at Toyota in north of France. The story is Developing Lean outside Toyota: Case Study of Eurofins.

Chloé really thinks Toyota has a different managerial and she feels daily that she’s a bit different manager. Why? How? She explains what Lean is for her and what it brings to her.

If I have one sentence to remember in the management I had in the plant is really that the managerial guideline is to be demanding on the process and be kind with the people. »
